Peaches Geldof will not be charged with drug offences because of a legal loophole. Oh for that wise power that closes such loopholes instantly, which of course lets all those famous for being famous Z listers be charged and punished when they should be. Yes Sir Bob will not have to seek sorrows with Peaches on the loose.
